很多小腿粗的姑娘都说自己是肌肉腿,但你们摸着良心对比一下,真正的肌肉腿是下面这样的,你的呢?

脂肪+肌肉型:垫脚时小腿后侧有明显肌肉块,放松时肌肉上又覆盖了一层肥肉。

小腿粗怎么办?

首先,无论你是哪种腿型,都需要整体减脂,先把覆盖在小腿上的那层脂肪减掉再说。尤其是脂肪型的小腿,只有靠有氧减脂一个办法。

Step1:双手环扣,从脚踝向膝盖处推压,力道要大

针对小腿上的肌肉,你没办法减掉,只能通过运动拉伸来改善肌肉形状,拉长肌肉线条,从而减小腿围。

Step1:小腿前侧放松

双手撑地,小腿跪在泡沫轴上,泡沫轴在膝关节和踝关节之间来回缓慢滚动,做3组,每组15秒。

Step2:小腿后侧放松

双手放在背后撑地,臀部抬离地面,小腿交叉放在泡沫轴上,泡沫轴在小腿肚上来回滚动,两腿各做3组,每次15秒。

前脚掌放于墙面或竖立的高面处,身体重心前移,臀部尽量向前顶,两腿各做3次,每次15秒。

Step4:直腿弓步

弓箭步姿势,后腿伸直,膝盖不要弯曲,脚掌紧贴地面,前腿前屈拉伸小腿后侧,两腿各做3组,每次10秒。

双腿各向外侧分开45度站立,身体转向伸直的那条腿,向下俯身尽量碰到脚,脊柱挺直,胸部尽量向腿部贴紧,脚尖勾起,两腿各做3组,每次15秒
