小腿,从不休息!

先来看看小腿的“组织架构”。小腿由一点点脂肪和很多肌肉组成的。▼

然而最可悲的是,这些肌肉常年处于紧绷状态。除非你躺着,不然你的小腿肌肉永远都在“使用”。对于爱穿高跟鞋的女生来说,小腿肌肉更是长期处于“收缩状态”。

所以针对小腿的结构,瘦腿针就应运而生了。瘦腿针并不是帮你“抽取”腿里面的“肉”(不然那叫抽脂),而是让你的肌肉萎缩。另外,瘦腿针的效果,最多维持一年,需要长期保持美腿,必须持续不断地打!

知道了小腿的组织结构,那么我们就要针对性的解决问题。由于小腿脂肪比较薄,单靠减脂是很难让小腿瘦下来的,而肌肉一般遵循用进废退的原则,也就是说越用越发达。所以,要瘦小腿,第一件事就是放松!比如松松,常年训练瑜伽拉伸腿部肌肉。

除了瑜伽拉伸,正常运动完拉伸可以帮助改善肌肉形状,放松小腿肌肉,将它拉成细长型。最近重新办婚礼的贾静雯,无论有没有运动,每天放松小腿是必须做的功课!

6步运动拉伸动作

Step1:小腿前侧放松。双手撑地,小腿跪在泡沫轴上,泡沫轴在膝关节和踝关节之间来回缓慢滚动,做3组,每组15秒。

Step2:小腿后侧放松。双手放在背后撑地,臀部抬离地面,小腿交叉放在泡沫轴上,泡沫轴在小腿肚上来回滚动,两腿各做3组,每次15秒。

Step3:脚底拉伸。前脚掌放于墙面或竖立的高面处,身体重心前移,臀部尽量向前顶,两腿各做3次,每次15秒。

Step4:直腿弓步。弓箭步姿势,后腿伸直,膝盖不要弯曲,脚掌紧贴地面,前腿前屈拉伸小腿后侧,两腿各做3组,每次10秒。

Step5:弯腰触脚。双腿各向外侧分开45度站立,身体转向伸直的那条腿,向下俯身尽量碰到脚,脊柱挺直,胸部尽量向腿部贴紧,脚尖勾起,两腿各做3组,每次15秒。

除了拉伸,日常按摩就是一个非常好的办法。据说周冬雨,大小S,伊能静就是靠着这个让小腿围瘦的!

4步小腿按摩法

Step1:双手环扣,从脚踝向膝盖处推压,力道要大
