时逢金秋桂月,中国设计师品牌SAMUEL GUÌ YANG于10月13日上海时装周期间,举办二六春夏暨品牌十周年秀场发布。

自二〇一六春夏系列起,SAMUEL GUÌ YANG已在十年间完成二十季的创作之旅。二六春夏系列以「Inner Tide朔望潮」为题,开启下一篇章的全新探索。古称农历初一为“朔”,十五为“望”,一朔一望,即为一轮。朔望日时,日月引潮力叠加,遂形成“朔望大潮”。外物运行牵引内观潮汐,SAMUEL GUÌ YANG以此概喻十年发展旅程。在无间断的创作中,品牌亦见证与经历了时代之潮。

二六春夏秀场发布选址上海外滩美术馆(Rockbund Art Museum),其坐落于黄浦江与苏州河交汇处,建筑原为1932年竣工的亚洲文汇大楼,是中国近现代最早的博物研究机构所在地。大楼呈中西合璧的装饰艺术风格,有八卦对窗、篆书石匾等设计细节,在精神气质上与SAMUEL GUÌ YANG品牌不谋而合。今年亦是外滩美术馆成立十五周年,秉持相投的志趣理念,SAMUEL GUÌ YANG与前者共庆这一特殊时刻。

新季秀场发布包含SAMUEL GUÌ YANG二六春夏系列、十年胶囊限定系列和往季档案款式。这一构成亦如潮汐更迭般,在回溯与前行中不断演进。

春夏新季印花续写自然意象,“红花”、“绿漾”、“钱藕”、“籽花” —— 兼具中西美学与利好寓意。圆形拼接版型细节,象征着满月与轮回,映射月引潮汐主题。秀场系列更有多样材质,天然丝麻、环保纤维、橡胶元素、年代面料……亦旧亦新,混合成趣。

旗袍灵感上装“Lian簾Top”于二五秋冬秀场首次亮相,春夏系列新增幽岩灰日常版本,同质面料奶霜粉“Willow Dress扶柳裙”与其互为增补。宽松廓形的花瓣状牛仔“Hua花Jacket”和“Pit撇Shirt”,继续着SAMUEL GUÌ YANG在现代中式外套和衬衫上的探索。另有多套复古户外风格造型,诠释品牌流动无拘的复合美学。秀场造型均以Manolo Blahnik鞋履搭配,互映点睛。

As the autumn moon reaches its height, Chinese designer brand SAMUEL GUÌ YANG unveils its Spring/Summer 2026 collection during Shanghai Fashion Week, marking a decade of creative exploration with a special anniversary show on October 13th.

The Spring/Summer 2026 collection, titled Inner Tide朔望潮, marks the beginning of a new chapter. In the traditional Chinese lunar calendar, the first day of the month is known as Shuo朔, and the fifteenth as Wang望. Together, they represent a full lunar cycle. During these phases, the gravitational pull of the sun and moon align to create powerful spring tides, or ‘Shuo-Wang Tides’. This natural rhythm becomes a metaphor for the brand’s journey: a decade shaped by both external forces and internal cadence, sustained by constant motion and creative momentum.

The show takes place at the Rockbund Art Museum, where the Huangpu River meets Suzhou Creek. Originally built in 1932 as the Royal Asiatic Society building, it once housed one of the earliest scientific institutions in China. Its architecture blends Eastern and Western Art Deco elements, including Bagua windows and engraved stone plaques with seal characters. This hybrid language mirrors the brand’s own identity. Now celebrating its fifteenth anniversary, the museum shares a kindred spirit with SAMUEL GUÌ YANG, making this collaboration a celebration of mutual resonance.

The presentation features three elements: the new Spring/Summer 2026 collection, a 10th anniversary capsule, and reimagined archive pieces. Like the ebb and flow of the tides, the show flows between retrospection and new direction.

This season’s prints continue the brand’s exploration of natural motifs. The in-house designed prints: Poppy, Faded Flora, Lotus Root, and Micro Flower each blend auspicious meanings with an interplay of Eastern and Western aesthetics. A rich variety of materials, from natural silk or linen blends and eco-conscious fibres to rubber accents and vintage textiles, reflects the brand’s dialogue between past and present.

First introduced in Autumn/Winter 2025, the Lian Top, inspired by the traditional qipao, returns this season in a new Ore Grey version for everyday wear. The exploration of modern Chinese silhouettes continues through the oversized Hua Jacket and Pit Shirt, while vintage-inspired outdoor ensembles express a fluid, hybrid aesthetic rooted in motion and ease. All looks were paired with Manolo Blahnik shoes — a subtle dialogue of elegance and precision.

Over the past decade, SAMUEL GUÌ YANG has built a rich archive of distinctive design. The anniversary show reflects on this journey, revisiting iconic pieces to spark new meaning in the present. The first-generation Lee Jacket, from Spring/Summer 2019, illustrates the evolution of the brand’s take on Chinese wear. The red Fishtail Dress, introduced in Autumn/Winter 2017, was the brand’s earliest defining piece, laying the foundation for the now-iconic SAMUEL GUÌ YANG ‘red dress’ lineage.

The in-progress quality of the show environment and invitation design speaks to a narrative still unfolding in motion. A new moon rises, and the tide returns. As SAMUEL GUÌ YANG enters its second decade, it remains grounded in the present, continuing to write its story with each passing wave.
