原料

原料

无麸质意大利宽面,蒜4瓣,洋葱(中)1个,豌豆450g,咖喱粉3茶匙,肉豆蔻碎1勺,槐花蜂蜜3茶匙,无花果1个,橄榄油、盐、帕尔玛干酪碎

步骤

Step1:锅中倒入水,加入适量盐,水开后放入宽面煮熟(按包装袋上标注的时间),盛出备用

Step2:锅中倒入橄榄油、咖喱粉、切碎的洋葱和大蒜、豌豆,翻炒2分钟,再倒入适量的水(淹没豌豆),煮7-10分钟后加入肉豆蔻碎、一茶匙蜂蜜和适量盐,倒在宽面上

Step3:无花果切片,放在铺有烤制的烤盘上,涂2茶匙蜂蜜,放入预热好的烤箱中,用180°烤10分钟左右,放在宽面上,再撒一些帕尔玛干酪碎即可
