怀孕的准妈妈最适合的运动是…?

七夕节前夕,陈意涵在微博宣布好消息,老编还特别写过一篇文章“问”大发,怀孕的你,还会每天坚持8km吗?中秋节前夕,跑步发烧友大发就回答了老编,跑!

9月22日,陈意涵发出了一张跑步的图片。怀孕5个月的她,孕肚明显,但跑得依旧很快,镜头都抓不到她。

配速6.4,跑了5.5km,对比之前配速5.5的大发,怀了孕之后速度好像有所下降,但是运动激情只增不减啊。

怀孕依然跑步的女明星

除了陈意涵,台湾还有很多女明星在孕期坚持跑步。比如隋唐,怀孕4个月依然在跑步机上挥汗如雨。

孕期并不是完全不能动,孕期运动的好处,在以前的文章了已经一再提及:

1、促进身体的消化和吸收功能,给宝宝提供更充足的营养

2、增强妈妈的体质,宝宝的免疫力也会提高

3、促进血液循环,提高血液中氧的含量,让宝宝获得更多的血液供氧,加快新陈代谢,促进宝宝的大脑和身体的生长发育

4、刺激宝宝大脑、感觉器官、平衡器官以及胎儿和呼吸系统的发育;

5、训练加强肌肉和骨盆关节等受到了锻炼,帮助分娩及产后恢复

6、室外运动时,妈妈可以接受更多的光照,有利于促进维生素D的合成,进而补钙,促进宝宝的骨骼发育

所有人都适合跑步吗?

当然不是。如果你平时根本没有运动习惯,那么孕期就不要勉强自己了,那些孕期坚持跑步的人,都是有多年运动习惯的

孕期前三个月不建议跑步。当时胎儿并不稳定,跑步反而会增加流产风险;孕中期就可以加入规律的有氧运动,不过还是要控制强度和跑量;孕后期逐渐减少跑量和降低配速,甚至可以用快走替代慢跑

以上只是一个“平均概念”,真正适不适合,可不可以跑步,个体化差异太大,所以还是要遵循医嘱

不过,老编还是要强调一下,孕妇的运动一定要在专业教练的指导下完成,千万不要跟着健身APP或者视频自己High!不过一些运动铁律我还是可以“透露”一下的。

一般来说,准妈妈们可以多做低强度有氧运动,像慢跑、快走、骑行、游泳等,促进血液循环,让宝宝更好地发育,顺便缓解自己怀孕期间的压力,改善情绪。但要避免做拳击等对抗性、有跌倒风险的运动,一些蹦跳、登山、高温运动也要避免
